The Aquarius Group of Companies has launched the production of a new laptop model, the Aquarius Cmp NE355. It was developed in its own development center and produced as part of a cooperation at the group's enterprises: the soldering of the system board was carried out at the production facility in Shuya, and the assembly of finished products was carried out in Tver. According to the manufacturers, the device is already in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and can be purchased by government agencies and corporations.
Firstly, the laptop is compatible with the main domestic operating systems: Astra Linux, Alt, RED OS, ROSA Linux. Secondly, the Aquarius Cmp NE355 supports trusted boot modules and is capable of processing not only standard confidential information, but also information constituting state secrets without leaks.
The confidentiality and security of the device is supported on the physical side by Kensington Lock, and on the technical side by disabling Wi-Fi and the webcam directly. Physical switches with indicators provide access control to the network and allow the user to directly control the transmission of audio and video streams.
Other notable features of the Aquarius Cmp NE355 include:
- Ryzen 5 6000 multi-core processor for performing everyday tasks related to work and study;
- DDR5 memory up to 64 GB;
- M.2 PCIe SSD from 256 GB;
- 15.6” FHD screen with anti-glare coating;
- 4 x USB Type-A and 4 x Type-C on both sides of the case, which allow you to connect many external devices to the laptop;
- microphone array and FHD webcam;
- full-size keyboard with numeric keypad.
The first customers of the Aquarius Cmp NE355 from Aquarius, who are not named, have already received them. The manufacturers intend to produce several thousand of these laptops by the end of the year.
