Первый российский литограф на 350 нанометров вышел на испытания

Only a few countries in the world possess such equipment, and now Russia does too

The first Russian 350nm lithographer has been assembled and entered the testing phase. Previously, only China, the Netherlands, and Japan possessed such equipment, and now Russia does too.

This was reported to the IA "TASS" correspondent on the sidelines of CIPR by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Shpak.

We have assembled and created the first domestic lithographer. It is currently undergoing testing as part of a technological line in Zelenograd.
Vasily Shpak, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia

Shpak announced Russia's transition to domestic large-sized chips and its intention to move towards technological sovereignty in microelectronics in November 2023. According to him, the production of a Russian lithographer for 350nm topology was planned for 2024. By 2025, Russia should cover a significant portion of the domestic market's needs for microchips. And the first domestic equipment for producing chips with a 130nm topology will be operational as early as 2026.

It later became known that Beshtau Group, together with the machine tool manufacturer RostIntech, created a new company, Beshtau Technologies, which also plans to assemble similar equipment. Beshtau Technologies announced Russian printed circuit boards and a 200nm topology lithographer of its own production.
