Construction of a complex for super-heavy rockets will begin at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in 2025

Preliminary preparatory work is already underway

A major construction project will begin at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in 2025: a complex for launching super-heavy class rockets will appear there.

These plans were announced by the acting Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov during a speech in the State Duma.

We expect to begin creating a super-heavy class space complex at Vostochny next year. Another project already underway is the development of reusable carriers.

Earlier it became known that a Russian super-heavy rocket for the Moon and Mars will fly from the Vostochny Cosmodrome. Flight tests are scheduled for 2033.

It is also known that landings on the same Vostochny are planned for the promising Russian reusable rocket "Korona". For this, a separate, automated and unmanned site will be built.
