"Ruselectronics" is strengthening its position in the production of printed circuit boards. The subsidiary Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering participated in the federal program of technical re-equipment of industrial enterprises. The quality of boards is now checked by an electrical control installation and automatic optical inspection, and the productivity of the enterprise is increasing.
After the modernization, the production capabilities for obtaining a circuit pattern, combining internal layers of multilayer printed circuit boards, etching external and internal layers, as well as applying a preliminary galvanic coating to the holes of printed circuit boards have been expanded.
The new equipment will allow us not only to raise the quality of manufactured printed circuit boards to a fundamentally new level, but has already helped to achieve an increase in labor productivity in a number of operations. For example, the operation of preliminary tightening of printed circuit board holes has been reduced by 1.5 times, and the operations of pressing multilayer printed circuit boards, etching layers and machining printed circuit boards - by 2 times.
The modernization of production will allow Omsk residents to produce up to 2500 m² of double-sided and 500 m² of multilayer printed circuit boards per year, including high-precision printed circuit boards. They plan to produce single-sided, double-sided, multilayer (up to 12 layers) and microstrip printed circuit boards of the third and fourth with elements of the fifth class of accuracy.
