Beshtau Technologies, a recently opened "daughter" company of Beshtau Group and RostIntech, in addition to developing machine tools, equipment, and technologies for radio electronics and microelectronics, will be involved in the technological development of Russia in new directions and future technologies.

This was announced by Oleg Osipov, CEO of Beshtau Group, in an interview with the business media Expert Yug. According to him, in addition to launching a plant for the production of domestic boards for electronics in Rostov-on-Don this year, the first phase of which should be operational by the end of March, Beshtau Group also has other ambitious plans.

[...] We recently registered the company Beshtau Technologies. It will specialize in registering patents for technologies that have never existed not only in Russia but also in the West. It will also focus on attracting innovative enterprises to the Beshtau Technopark and establishing internal cooperation chains.
Oleg Osipov, CEO of Beshtau Group

Beshtau Technopark is part of a cluster of group companies in southern Russia, which is currently located in three regions. Representatives from the LPR and DPR will soon join it. The technopark may include companies that participate in the Beshtau production cycle but are not fully integrated into the production operation chains and cannot enter the core of the cluster. The technopark may also include manufacturers that are not directly related to Beshtau.

If an enterprise comes along that does not fit into our operational chains, but we can provide it with production services, development services, but we are not ready to support this product, we invite it to the technopark.

In the technopark, companies will receive not only premises but also the efficient use of machine tools and equipment. It will not make sense for them to buy their own SMT lines (equipment for the production of printed circuit boards, - ed.), it will be cheaper to place these orders with Beshtau. If they buy a line and use it five days a month, the equipment will be idle the rest of the time, and people will be paid. This is an inefficient use of both human and production resources.

On the other hand, those enterprises that enter our technopark may provide services to the enterprises of our cluster. These are two-way benefits. Plus, perhaps those enterprises that enter will take advantage of our administration experience, our connections, cooperation chains, and our purchasing experience. Consolidated purchases are also more profitable.
Oleg Osipov, CEO of Beshtau Group

Beshtau Technopark has two phases, and there is already a first phase: 16,300 square meters, which have been allocated under an agreement with the governor. All these places are already occupied, "not even all applications could be satisfied."

One of the residents of this technopark will be Beshtau itself. The second point: we already have a list of companies that are ready to join us literally tomorrow. But I cannot yet speak publicly about the main resident of the technopark. But this is information that will become known after a while.
Oleg Osipov, CEO of Beshtau Group

In addition, as previously stated, in 2025 in Rostov-on-Don, Beshtau will launch the first plant in Russia that will produce laptops consisting of components of its own Russian production. Work is already underway at the site where the plant will be located.
