The assembly of the Russian Angara-A5 heavy-lift rocket has been completed at the Vostochny Cosmodrome. It has already passed all ground tests, including electrical tests similar to a flight mission in space.
Yesterday, specialists already docked the space head section consisting of the Orion booster and the test payload with the "package" of three stages of the Angara-A5 launch vehicle.
Now, according to Roscosmos, electrical checks of the overall assembly of the Angara-A5 are being carried out.
The next stage will be preparation for reloading onto the transport and installation unit for removal to the launch complex.
It is noted that the launch will begin flight design tests of the Amur space rocket complex being developed by the Khrunichev Center. It is scheduled for the first ten days of April.
