Неутешительные результаты: «Москвич» нарастил долги в 2023 году

"Moskvich"'s Net Loss Increased to 8.6 Billion Rubles

The Moscow plant "Moskvich" finished 2023 with disappointing results, increasing its net loss under RAS (Russian accounting standards, which are used for reporting to the tax authorities - editor's note from www1.ru) by 3.6 times, to 8.6 billion rubles. This is confirmed by the automaker's reporting materials.

At the same time, "Moskvich"'s revenue increased by 38.9%, to 59.2 billion rubles, and the cost of sales increased by 59.2%, to 57.5 billion rubles. At the end of the year, gross profit exceeded 1.6 billion rubles.

It is known that the total debt of the plant over the past year increased by two and a half times, to 42.6 billion rubles. Long-term liabilities amounted to 7 billion rubles, and short-term liabilities - 35.6 billion rubles.

Currently, three models are produced at the former Renault production facilities in Moscow: the "Moskvich 3" SUV, the "Moskvich 3e" electric vehicle, and the comfortable "Moskvich 6" sedan. In 2023, the plant delivered about 19,000 cars to dealers, of which 15,300 cars were purchased.

"Moskvich" is managed by the Moscow authorities and KAMAZ. The head of KAMAZ, Sergei Kogogin, believes that the plant needs to assemble at least 40,000 cars per year to reach break-even. Therefore, this year the company intends to increase production to 35,000 cars.
