Поменяли интерфейс зарубежного ПО и выдали за свое: в СФ порекомендовали закупать для госнужд только российское ПО

Senator Sheikin stated that some Russian software is based on foreign technologies

Members of the Federation Council recommended that the Ministry of Digital Development introduce a requirement to include in the Unified Register of Russian Software only software that is not derived from foreign software. This was stated by Senator Artem Sheikin.

A number of companies offer supposedly their own products, but analysis reveals that this is foreign software with a changed interface

If Russian software is based on Western technology, there is no guarantee that its creators are not collecting confidential user data. And this is a really serious problem, the senator pointed out.

Sheikin expressed concern that such programs may participate in government procurement. And this could lead to data leaks.

He called for all efforts to be directed towards the development of Russian products. This is the only way to achieve technological sovereignty, Sheikin concluded.

Earlier, Rostelecom complained to the Ministry of Digital Development about Red Soft. The company demanded to check the operating system "Red OS M", which is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software.
