Russian Railways will receive 10 trains of the import-substituted electric train "Lastochka" - "Finist" in the first half of this year. The manufacturer has already handed over 12 trains to the company, the railway holding's press service reported.
According to the agreement, "Ural Locomotives" will transfer 2 trains to Russian Railways in March, and 4 trains in April and May
Currently, some of the received trains are undergoing commissioning works, others are transporting passengers, and still others are undergoing inter-trip measurements and testing of individual units. The developer is promptly debugging all processes.
It is expected that in February 2024, "Finist" will begin to run in the Perm Territory. Since December 2023, new electric trains have been serving four routes in the Sverdlovsk region, and since January 2024 - two more routes from Yekaterinburg to Verkhoturye and to Karpinsk via Serov.

Earlier it was reported that a "Finist" train with the fourth level of automation will appear in Moscow.
