According to Interfax, citing Rosstandart data, the recall affects vehicles purchased by owners from December 1, 2022, to December 27, 2023. These vehicles "have a potential for moisture to enter the wiring harness connector under the driver's seat, leading to a short circuit in the wiring, which may cause the connector to melt." Therefore, the wiring harness connectors on the recalled vehicles will be reworked free of charge.

Haval F7 and Haval F7x owners can check if their vehicle is subject to recall in advance on the Rosstandart website or using the Auto.ru service. In addition, representatives of the Russian plant will contact them in writing or by telephone.
