Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин: ОЭЗ «Технополис Москва» привлекла 20 млрд рублей за полгода

This is 1.2 Times More Than in the Same Period in 2022

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, via his official Telegram channel, announced significant successes of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Since the SEZ was founded in 2006, companies creating innovative products have invested over 140 billion rubles in it.

Currently, the SEZ has gathered over 200 enterprises specializing in high-tech products, ranging from microchips to drones. More than 90 companies have the status of a SEZ resident, which brings them significant tax advantages. For example, transport, land, and property taxes are waived for such companies for 10 years, and the income tax rate is only 2%. There are also benefits for land lease for construction of production facilities.

In the first half of this year alone, companies actively invested over 20 billion rubles in their developments, which is 1.2 times more than in the same period in 2022.

The leaders in terms of investment volume are companies specializing in the production of microelectronics, optics, robotics, and pharmaceutical products.

In the first half of 2023, the Technopolis Moscow SEZ created over 1,400 jobs. Companies specializing in the production of microelectronics, optics, and robotics stand out in particular — they are recruiting the largest number of new employees.

To ensure a constant flow of qualified personnel, the SEZ launched the TechnoRabota project. Since the beginning of the year, about 600 vacancies have been posted on its platform, the average time to fill them is about a month. After the opening of the Rudnevo industrial park, the number of companies interested in finding employees increased by 16.

Currently, the Technopolis Moscow SEZ employs more than 15,500 people.
