Sixty musicians of the Symphony Orchestra of the Musical Theater of Karelia took their places on the improvised stage of the welding production, where key products for nuclear power plants are manufactured. They performed music for the new production of the classical Karelian ballet "Sampo".

What the plant produces

Petrozavodskmash is an enterprise of Rosatom's machine-building division. The plant produces first and second safety class equipment for nuclear power plant reactor halls: main circulation pump unit casings, main circulation pipelines, pressure compensators and steam generator collectors, as well as nuclear reactor safety system tanks.

Since joining Rosatom, the enterprise has manufactured 150 units of large equipment for nuclear power plants. The plant is the only supplier in Russia of cladded seamless pipes for main circulation pipeline units of nuclear power plants.
