The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) still operate Be-200 and Be-12ChS amphibian aircraft. Their numbers were reported by the publication "Tekhnosfera Rossiya" with reference to foreign sources.
In total, Western researchers counted, presumably, six Be-12ChS and up to two Be-200. Both models were built at the aircraft factory in Taganrog, which is currently going through hard times.
The same foreign assessments mention four Il-20/Il-22 aircraft, four L-39 training aircraft, and up to three An-12PS search and rescue aircraft.
It should be noted that these data cannot be confirmed, as the Ministry of Defence does not officially disclose the size of its aircraft fleet.
Recently, the number of Tu-160 bombers and important A-50U AWACS aircraft was also named abroad. The situation with the advanced A-100 "Premier" is simpler — there is only one.
