The Ufa plant "ODK-UMPO" announced a vacancy for a 4th-5th grade fitter with one to three years of experience. The offered salary is noteworthy – from 52 thousand rubles per month, before taxes.
The employee will have to process complex parts, lap flanges, work with a fortune and abrasive tools. The company did not specify which machines would be used.
"ODK-UMPO" offers a stable "white" salary, paid vacations and sick leaves, as well as complex lunches.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as of June 2026, the average salary in the region was 77.9 thousand rubles.
It should be noted that a 5th grade fitter is considered a very high-level specialist, working with 6–7 accuracy grades. This means that they machine and lap parts of the most complex shape with micron tolerances – literally the thickness of a fraction of a human hair.
"ODK-UMPO" is a crucial participant in the program for the production of PD-14 engines for the latest MS-21-310. The plant produces fan blades, high-pressure compressor rotors, a splitter casing, and a host of other power plant components.
