NPC "Ushkuynik" has developed and presented a new fiber-optic attack drone "Zhivodyor", designed for ambush attacks. The device can stealthily land in tall grass or on the roadside and wait for a target to appear, after which the operator lifts it into the air.
To detect a target, the drone uses a microphone that picks up the sound of an approaching engine. This solution allows "Zhivodyor" to take up position in advance and not require constant visual monitoring of the road.
Structurally, the device is similar to the "Knyaz Vandal Novgorodsky", but received an increased high-explosive fragmentation warhead. The mass of the structure was kept down due to a lightweight magnesium alloy frame.
Another feature of "Zhivodyor" is related to its production: all drone components were initially adapted for automatic robot assembly. The developer reported that the container line is designed to produce up to 400 units per day, and the drone itself is already in serial production.
