The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after Beriev (TANTK named after G. M. Beriev), associated with the creation and modernization of A-50U long-range radar detection aircraft, faces bankruptcy. Three companies at once raised the issue of declaring the enterprise insolvent due to debts.
Millennium-Komandirovochnye Resheniya previously demanded 10.8 million and 4.9 million rubles from the enterprise through court under a contract. The bankruptcy petition, filed on August 21, 2026, has so far been left without action by the court.
Another creditor, Vostokinvestproekt, demands 2.4 million rubles from the aircraft factory. The right to claim this debt was previously transferred to the company from Russkiy Svet.
NEO Engineering insists on payment of more than 5 million for supplied components, materials, and tools.
TANTK named after Beriev ended last year with a loss of about 5 billion rubles. The aircraft factory produces Be-200 amphibians, A-50U AWACS aircraft, and is working on a new A-100 Premier model.
