New creditor claims have been filed against "ODK-UMPO" – one of Russia's key aircraft engine manufacturing plants, which produces parts and components for the PD-14 engine and participates in the promising PD-35 program. Moscow-based "Prokonsim" and "Lyuksstroy" have filed applications with the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria, demanding the repayment of millions of rubles in debt.
"Prokonsim" is seeking to recover about 2.4 million rubles from UMPO. Earlier, the debt was confirmed by a decision of the arbitration court at the Union of Machine Builders of Russia, after which the creditor received a writ of execution. "Lyuksstroy", associated with the "Arkhstroy Group" of companies, estimates ODK-UMPO's debt to itself at approximately 11.5 million rubles, including arbitration fees and penalties.
The current situation has become another episode in a series of creditor claims against the enterprise. In early August, Ulyanovsk-based "Interstankoservis" filed for ODK-UMPO's bankruptcy. The company soon withdrew it after UMPO repaid a debt of approximately 41.6 million rubles. Prior to this, several other organizations also published notices of their intention to apply to the court for the enterprise's bankruptcy during the year. According to RBC, six companies have published such notices since the beginning of 2026.
The financial performance of the enterprise also remains challenging. In the first half of 2026, "ODK-UMPO" received 43.5 billion rubles in revenue – 13.8% less than a year earlier. Net loss decreased by approximately three times, from 8.8 billion to 2.9 billion rubles. At the same time, earlier representatives of the enterprise stated that there is no real threat of bankruptcy for "ODK-UMPO" and the company continues to fulfill its obligations to counterparties.
