The GOMSELMASH GS12A1 self-propelled combine harvester is one of the most mass-produced models of agricultural machinery manufactured in the CIS. It is an example of industrial cooperation involving dozens of large enterprises in Belarus.
Lighting and signaling equipment for the "ships of grain fields" is produced at the "Amkodor-BelVar" and "Rudensk" plants. Filters are supplied by "Belan Plus" and SOAO "DIFA" enterprises, electric drives and electromechanisms by "Evistor".
During the assembly of GOMSELMASH GS12A1, more than 7 types of bearings manufactured by the Minsk Bearing Plant are used. "Tsvetotron" and "MPOVT" are responsible for the automation controlling all combine systems.
The cross-country capability of the 15-ton agricultural machine is provided by tires from Belshina. Rings, cuffs, and hoses for it come from Belarusrezinatekhnika and "Amkodor-Elastomer".
The GS12A1 hydraulic system uses over 10 different types of hydraulic components, including hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. They are manufactured by "Saleo", "TM Belar", Zhitkovichi Engine Plant, and "BAZDormash". The reversible fan for engine cooling is produced by ZAO "Belrobot".
The basic configuration of the combine includes an air conditioner from Belvneshinvest, cabin elements are supplied by "Belan Plus" company and Osipovichi Automobile Aggregate Plant.
OAO "Gomselmash" has been producing GOMSELMASH GS12A1 since 2006. An improved version, GS12A1 Pro, was created based on it, featuring an ergonomic cabin, a modernized steering column, and a YaMZ engine.
