A technical product manager with practical AI skills can earn up to 750 thousand rubles per month, according to a study by hh.ru, which is at the disposal of RIA Novosti. Since the beginning of the year, over 21.6 thousand vacancies have been opened in Russia where neural network skills are mentioned.
According to the platform, the highest salaries are offered to the following specialists:
- technical product manager with practical experience in neural networks – up to 750 thousand rubles per month;
- economist-analyst with programming and AI skills – up to 600 thousand;
- commercial director with knowledge of neural networks and AI skills – up to 600 thousand;
- marketer who can orchestrate AI agents and assemble working bundles from them – up to 600 thousand.
All amounts are before taxes. Employers specify practical AI experience as a mandatory requirement, not just a simple advantage. This reflects the growing demand for specialists who can not only use neural networks but also integrate them into business processes. The highest rates are received by those who combine expertise in their field with automation skills and experience with AI tools.
Employers have almost tripled their demand for AI skills in vacancies — and the demand has gone far beyond the IT industry, spreading to managers, marketers, and client specialists. At the same time, companies have moved from wishes to mandatory requirements already at the hiring stage.
