If a schoolchild uses neural networks to do homework, they do not assimilate educational material to the proper extent. This opinion was expressed by Gennady Onishchenko, Deputy President of the Russian Academy of Education (RAO).
According to Onishchenko, this is a serious problem for modern pedagogy. If you just click and get an answer without reading the primary source, it is impossible to learn either the Russian language or Russian literature.
Take "War and Peace." If he hasn't read it, but to get a positive grade, he pressed a button and got some kind of surrogate.
Such use of neural networks leads to passive acceptance of information and does not help development, emphasized the Deputy President of RAO. But, if a balance is maintained in the use of AI, it can benefit students and teachers, Onishchenko concluded.
