The "Bolshaya Zemlya" plant (part of Rosspetsmash) has introduced a new front loader, the "Universal LITE 1000". Engineers increased the safety margin of key components by 30%, which should enhance the machine's reliability during intensive operation.
The model's lifting capacity at the pivot axis is 1000 kg, and the lifting height is 3800 mm. The bucket's dump angle reaches 66° in the upper position and 68° in the lower, with a bucket volume ranging from 0.4 to 1.0 m³. The loader is aggregated with "Belarus" tractors – models 80, 82.1, 82.3, 826, 892, 952.3, and others.
As reported by the company, the boom structure was reinforced by increasing the profile by 20 mm, which enhanced the rigidity of the entire system. The thickness of the gussets was increased from 6 to 8 mm – they can now withstand unforeseen overloads. In addition, the design of the crossbeam was changed: it now passes through all walls of the boom and is welded both externally and internally. According to the manufacturer, this modernization has made the loader more stable when working with heavy loads and in challenging conditions – on construction sites, in quarries, and in agriculture.
The new product is designed for small and medium-sized farms, municipal services, and construction companies. Previously, the plant produced Universal NTS 1000 and Universal NTS 1200 models, but the LITE 1000 is the first model with a reinforced boom and improved hydraulics. The manufacturer emphasized that while maintaining the price, the machine's service life increased by at least 25%. Rosspetsmash noted that the development of loaders is one of the key areas of import substitution in the special equipment industry.
