AVTOVAZ has started production of the updated version of Lada Aura with automatic climate control and the Lada Connect start telematics complex. The new equipment has become standard for all trim levels of the Russian business sedan, including the basic "Premier" version.
Previously, similar technologies appeared in Lada Vesta, and now the flagship Aura sedan has also received extended equipment. The manufacturer noted that the update is aimed at increasing the level of comfort and digital capabilities of the car.
The Lada Connect start telematics system allows the owner to control the main parameters of the car through the "Mir Lada" mobile application. The user can remotely find out the car's location, fuel level, engine temperature, and battery status, as well as check if the doors and trunk are closed.
The automatic climate control system is now installed on the entire Lada Aura model range. It maintains a set temperature in the cabin without the need for constant manual adjustment, which increases comfort during daily operation.
The basic "Premier" trim level includes four airbags, a stabilization system, cruise control, heated seats and steering wheel, keyless entry with remote engine start, and the Lada EnjoY multimedia system with a 7-inch screen.
The more equipped "Status" version additionally received a two-tone instrument panel, natural leather seat trim, and a multimedia system with a 10-inch display.
AVTOVAZ has not yet disclosed the cost of cars with updated equipment and the start date of sales. The manufacturer promises to announce information on prices and availability of Lada Aura later.
