A 100% stake in the company "Volgo-Don Port" has been put up for auction for the first time. The starting price for one of the largest river cargo complexes in southern Russia is 3.2 billion rubles. Applications for participation in the auction on the "Roseltorg" platform are accepted until July 24, and the auction itself is scheduled for July 31.
The buyer will acquire not just a legal entity, but a ready-made logistics complex. It includes five cargo berths with a total length of 750 meters, private railway tracks, warehouses, open storage areas for goods, and a fleet of 53 MAZ trucks with semi-trailers.
The territory also houses a concrete plant, four silos for cement storage, transshipment equipment, and three "Albatros" portal cranes, allowing work with heavy-lift cargo.
The "Volgo-Don Port" was planned to be developed into a multimodal logistics complex that would combine water, rail, and road transport.
