Composite floating dock put up for auction in St. Petersburg almost at scrap price

They want to get 203 million rubles for the unfinished "Pallada-50" project 19371

A rare industrial asset has been put up for auction in St. Petersburg — the composite floating dock "Pallada-50" of project 19371 of the bankrupt Central Design Bureau "Neptune". The starting price is 203 million rubles, while the readiness of the object is only 37%.

The dock is a structure of two reinforced concrete pontoons. Previously, they tried to sell it for 225 million rubles, but unsuccessfully — no one was interested. Now the object has been put up with a discount.

The sale takes place within the framework of the bankruptcy of the enterprise, which was declared insolvent by a decision of the arbitration court in July 2025. The total debt of the company reached 741 million rubles, among the creditors is GTLK.

Kirill Maslov, Managing Partner of the Inmarin Law Firm of St. Petersburg, noted that not all shipyards are suitable for such an object due to the specificity of production factors. So, probably, "Pallada-50" will go at the price of scrap.

A floating dock at auction is a rare lot. Transactions with such objects are recorded approximately once every few years.

The auction will last until April 21. If demand is low, the asset will move to the stage of a public offer, where the price may decrease in stages — up to the minimum threshold.

Recall that the Central Design Bureau "Neptune" was declared bankrupt in May 2021 due to debts of more than 700 million rubles. The main reasons were the disruption of state contracts and misuse of budget funds, which led to criminal cases.
