The new products received protection up to Br5 class and a modular design

Two new models of body armor for law enforcement agencies and the army were presented in Belarus. The new products were showcased by Polspo company at the "National Security. Belarus-2026" exhibition, demonstrating solutions for Ministry of Internal Affairs employees and military personnel with different levels of protection and the possibility of expanding the configuration.

One of the main premieres was the "Strazh" body armor, developed for the patrol and guard service units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The basic version weighs 4 kilograms and provides protection according to Br2/S2 class. The design uses ceramic armor plates, and the protected area of vital organs is 7.5 square decimeters on the front and back. The total area of anti-fragmentation protection reaches 30 square decimeters.

The developers also provided for an enhanced configuration of the body armor. After installing additional protective elements, the protection level increases to Br5 class, and the weight of the kit increases to 12.5 kilograms.

The second new product was the "Vityaz" general-purpose body armor, designed for military personnel. Its weight is 11.6 kilograms, and protection is provided by a set of Br4 class steel armor plates. The protected area of vital organs reaches 8 square decimeters on each side, and the total area of anti-fragmentation protection is 36 square decimeters.

The design of "Vityaz" provides for further reinforcement. The body armor can be equipped with shoulder pads, a protective collar, a groin apron, and pelvic protection, which allows adapting the equipment to various conditions of combat missions.
