Roskachestvo has launched a federal online platform for additional professional education, aimed at strengthening human resources potential in real sectors of the economy. As reported by TASS in the organization, the project started with 15 flagship agricultural universities, whose programs are already available on the platform. Further plans include connecting medical, technical, and industrial universities.
Each program undergoes expert evaluation and selection for compliance with key industry development objectives. Instructors are doctors of science, researchers, and practitioners. Training is available on both a paid and budget basis, in full-time or part-time formats.
Maxim Protasov, Head of Roskachestvo, called the platform's launch a strategic step towards uniting the best academic resources. According to him, increasing industry efficiency is only possible by increasing the number of professionals and building a flexible system for their retraining.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture Ksenia Shevelkina added that integrating programs into an online format makes additional education accessible to agricultural workers from different regions, allowing them to adopt best industry practices and acquire knowledge in demand in modern agriculture.
In fact, Roskachestvo is building a marketplace for applied competencies, where demand from industry and the agro-industrial complex is directly linked to university expertise. The launch from the agricultural sector is justified: it is here that the shortage of specialists capable of working with digital technologies and increasing productivity is most acute.
