The new Russian airliner MS-21-310 cannot be considered an aircraft in the full sense of the word, because it has not yet received an official document. Only a product that has been issued an airworthiness certificate can be called such an aircraft, said honored pilot of the USSR Oleg Smirnov.
According to him, when the MS-21-310 receives this certificate, then it will be possible to discuss it in a completely different tone.
