The revenue of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (OSK) for 2025 amounted to 525 billion rubles. This was announced by the head of the corporation, Andrey Puchkov, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to him, OSK achieved positive financial results for the first time in many years.
Our revenue is gradually growing, it has increased by 30% over the past three years. In 2025, it already amounted to 525 billion rubles.
In October 2023, 100% of OSK shares were transferred to VTB management for 5 years to improve management efficiency and further develop the shipbuilding industry.
It should be recalled that back in 2025, the chairman of the OSK board of directors, Andrey Kostin, stated that the structure remains deeply unprofitable, despite profits. According to him, the main problem lies in old contracts that still generate losses for the company.
