Tests of the import-substituting self-propelled feed pusher PK-152 based on the BELARUS-152 tractor completed in Belarus

In the Grodno region, a machine for livestock farms, SPK-3, was also developed

Specialists of the Smorgon Aggregate Plant (OAO “SAZ” is located in the Grodno region, part of MTZ) tested a prototype of the self-propelled feed pusher PK-152. The enterprise refined the design of the agricultural machine and is preparing to release a batch of 20 units, the MTZ press service reported.

The plant has already received applications from agricultural enterprises for the purchase of 8 PK-152 units. But we still have to certify our products.
Alexander Gakut, Director of OAO “SAZ”

The compact wheeled tractor BELARUS-152 was chosen as the base for the PK-152. The unit is equipped with an active auger-agitator that turns and refreshes silage for livestock. It prevents the feed from heating up and souring. The development of OAO “SAZ” is an affordable alternative to foreign counterparts, Gakut said.

The enterprise also created an experimental model of the self-propelled feed pusher SPK-3. This is a three-wheeled machine with an auger-agitator from the PK-152 model installed on it. The advantage of the new version is the presence of a mechanical gearbox, which guarantees simple and reliable operation of special equipment.

SPK-3 can turn 360 degrees almost in place, and also move at the same speed backward and forward, which is important for working in narrow passages of farms.
Alexander Gakut, Director of OAO “SAZ”

In the near future, SPK-3 will be tested at livestock complexes, the enterprise director concluded.
