The revived Volga brand has announced its production and market plans for 2026: the PLA plant intends to produce about 30,000 cars, of which about 1,500 have already been assembled.
According to the company, the enterprise has started operating in the first full shift mode and expects to meet the production plan within the year. Sales volume is expected to be at the level of 25-27 thousand cars, and the remaining part of the cars will form warehouse stocks at dealers throughout Russia.
Separately, the company clarified that special modifications for taxis and corporate fleets are not planned. However, the brand expects to occupy a significant share in these segments due to basic configurations, where the emphasis is on ownership cost and operational efficiency. According to management, these characteristics should simplify the entry of businesses into the new brand and increase its attractiveness for commercial use.
The start of sales for the lineup is scheduled for June 19. The model range includes the C50 sedan with a price starting from 2.899 million rubles, the K40 crossover from 2.749 million rubles, and the older K50 version from 4.199 million rubles.
