The pilot implies that Mir cardholders will receive federal and regional benefits, including transport and social benefits. Commercial enterprises may later join it, offering their own discounts.

The project's goal is to make the Mir card a universal tool for beneficiaries. At the same time, there is no need to get a new plastic card; it is enough to link it to the service through the Gosuslugi portal.

The authorities plan to implement the "My Mir Card" initiative in three regions of Russia. There, this card can be used to visit cultural institutions and pay for travel.
