The company "Silovye Mashiny" has completed the production of key components for Russia's first F-class gas turbine, the GTE-65. The power unit will be sent to Permskaya TPP-14.
The prototype turbine is in a high state of readiness – machining of casing parts has been completed and the rotor has been assembled.
Recall that the nominal power of the GTE-65.1 will be 67.7 MW under standard conditions. First, the turbine will be tested in an open cycle, and then it will be included in a 105 MW combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The implementation of the equipment will increase the fuel efficiency of the TPP by more than 1.5 times.
The total investment of "Silovye Mashiny" is 25 billion rubles, of which 6.9 billion rubles for R&D were subsidized by the state. The production capacity is 8 turbines per year; from 2029, it is planned to increase to 10 units.
However, earlier the head of the engineering department of "T Plus", Konstantin Frolagin, warned that in the first years, the GTE-65 turbine would have to be regularly stopped and refined.
