Russian fiber-optic drones will accelerate to 160 km/h

The design of Spetstekh's coils will allow sharp maneuvers at speeds up to 90 km/h

Designers from Spetstekh company have developed new long-range fiber-optic coils for drones. Their design will allow the drone to accelerate up to 160 km/h.

The coils provide stable and high-speed data transmission via fiber optics over a distance of up to 50 km and protection against electronic warfare systems.

The design allows speeds up to 160 km/h, sharp maneuvers at speeds up to 90 km/h with a turning radius of three meters, and moving in reverse at 30 km/h.

Spetstekh specialists are also developing ground control stations adaptable to all drone control panels.

Earlier, engineers developed a new module with fiber optics for attack drones with a range of 65 km. This is a significant leap in the radius of destruction, as previously, for example, the "Knyaz Vandal Novgorodsky" drone was limited to a range of 25 km.
