Management companies can now officially establish their own rules and implement moderation in house chats on the "Max" platform. According to documents from the Ministry of Construction, reviewed by RIA "Novosti", representatives of the management company have the right to administer such chats. This gives them the opportunity to independently determine what functionality to use for communication with residents.
At the same time, the agency introduced a restriction directly related to privacy. The management organization can determine what personal data is necessary for communication, but the Ministry of Construction recommends not to post such information, as well as any information about private life, without the explicit consent of the person.
In fact, the Ministry of Construction has legalized digital "meeting rooms" for residents, fixing the rights of management companies to administer them. This systematizes communication and allows for the suppression of fakes, but the key issue remains privacy: the balance between maintaining order and the inadmissibility of disclosing private data without permission.
