Belarusians to train: India interested in MAZ special equipment production

Representatives of SRBH APC TEKHNO visited Mogilevtransmash

A delegation from the Indian company SRBH APC TEKHNO, which manufactures trailers, containers, and lifting equipment, visited the Minsk Automobile Plant (OAO “MAZ”). Foreign entrepreneurs are looking for new opportunities to scale their business. This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian enterprise.

The meeting discussed the purchase of trucks and dump trucks from Belarus for sale on the Indian market. Valery Ivankovich, General Director of OAO “MAZ”, stated that the enterprise is ready for cooperation in this direction.

In addition, Indian businessmen visited the Mogilevtransmash plant (part of OAO “MAZ”). They inspected the production workshops where truck cranes and garbage trucks are assembled. The management of SRBH APC TEKHNO was interested in the experience of Belarusian machine builders in producing special equipment for the municipal and construction industries.

The plant for the production of agricultural machinery started operating in 1982. Since 1991, the enterprise began to master the production of truck cranes and trailers. At various times, Mogilevtransmash assembled minibuses, chipping and crushing machines, and refrigerators. In 2020, it launched the production of garbage trucks based on the MAZ chassis.
