Tverstroymash factory has developed and presented three new models of heavy-duty semi-trailers with detachable goosenecks from the Front series. These are the FE40 model with a carrying capacity of 40 tons, the FE50 for 50 tons, and the FE70, designed for 70 tons. The new line is focused on transporting heavy special equipment and oversized cargo, emphasizing ease of loading and maneuverability.
According to the manufacturer, the semi-trailers are designed with a reduced loading platform height – from 325 mm. This allows for the transportation of equipment up to 3.5 meters high without the need for special permits. The models also feature the ability for equipment to drive onto the platform from ground level thanks to the detachable gooseneck, which simplifies loading operations. Additionally, improved maneuverability and reduced turning radii are noted, which is important when working in confined spaces.
Earlier, "Pervy Tekhnichesky" reported that in March 2026, the Tverstroymash factory introduced a new model of the ARL35 extendable semi-trailer. The main feature of the machine is its reduced curb weight, which is 10.5 tons. This allows carriers to load equipment to its full capacity without violating legal restrictions on axles. This is especially relevant for road trains with 4x2 tractors, where every kilogram counts.
