Engine plant for Su-57 seeks polisher for 52K: couriers offered up to 200K

ODK-UMPO promises new employees comprehensive meals and rented accommodation

The Ufa enterprise ODK-UMPO, which produces engines for Su-57 fighters, has opened a vacancy for an aircraft engine blade polisher with a salary ranging from 52,000 to 106,000 rubles before taxes.

The employee will be responsible for processing turbine blades with simple geometry and a limited number of control sections. Candidates are required to have a secondary vocational education and a qualification of at least 4–5th grade. The schedule is standard, 5/2 for 8 hours.

The employer offers additional benefits, including comprehensive meals and the possibility of accommodation in rented housing.

For comparison, the labor market in Ufa offers positions for couriers with incomes up to 200,000 rubles per month. However, such vacancies typically depend on output and order volume.

ODK-UMPO produces engines for the Su-27, Su-30, Su-35, and Su-57 aircraft families. The Ufa administration reported on its official website that the enterprise needs an additional 871 employees.
