On the ISS, even May 1st was not a day off. Instead of a holiday, the crew is unpacking a huge space package. Station commander Sergey Kud-Sverchkov spoke about the unloading. In the published video, he showed how the hatch of "Progress MS-34" is opened and what is inside the ship that arrived from Earth.
In the coming days, the crew will sort and place the delivered cargo. The work only looks simple from the outside: containers need to be moved, each item scanned by barcode and entered into the accounting system.
Food, including fresh vegetables and fruits, clothes, hygiene products, and water equipment were delivered to orbit. Part of the cargo is intended not only for the current crew but also for a future expedition, which will include Pyotr Dubrov and Anna Kikina.

"Progress MS-34" launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on April 26 at 01:22 Moscow time. Just 9 minutes later, the ship was in orbit. The flight took place as part of the 95th supply mission, whose task is to replenish the station's resources and provide the crew with everything necessary.
In total, the ship delivered about 700 kg of fuel for refueling the station, 420 kg of water, and 50 kg of oxygen.
In addition, there were 1348 kg of equipment and supplies on board. Among them is a new "Orlan-MKS" No. 8 spacesuit, designed for cosmonauts to work in open space.
