In Usinsk, Komi Republic, a passenger helicopter Mi-8T of "Yeltsovka" airline made a hard landing while performing a flight with shift workers. During takeoff, the helicopter tilted to its side and then crashed. There were 24 people on board, no fatalities, but 10 passengers were injured. Two of the injured are in moderate condition, the rest sustained minor injuries.
