This was reported in the press service of the Moscow Military District (MMD).

The interceptor drone has been entering the MMD troops since the beginning of 2026. Currently, it is being tested by military personnel of the Training Center for Counteracting Enemy UAVs.

What is included in the training:

  • development of management skills
  • study of application tactics

About the "Yolka" drone

The X-shaped aircraft has the characteristics of an aircraft-type drone and a quadcopter. It can be launched from a ground and hand-held launcher.

Due to the special arrangement of the wings and the electric motor-propeller units installed on them, the "Yolka" drone is very maneuverable.

The main feature of the "Yolka" was the installed course optoelectronic system with two channels, from where data is sent to the onboard computer.

With the help of this system, the drone automatically targets the target.

The "Yolka" was developed in 2 versions. The first one hits enemy drones with kinetic force, the second one with a warhead.
