Russian fracturing fleet replenished with serial equipment based on MZKT-750005-010 chassis

The equipment has a lifting capacity of 42 tons and has a 10×10 wheel arrangement

In Megion, at the site of the company "MeKaMineft" in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the serial production of the first fully domestic fleet of machines for hydraulic fracturing was launched. The key element of the project was the five-axle MZKT-750005-010 chassis with a 10×10 wheel arrangement, developed and manufactured at the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant.

In August 2025, a batch of vehicles traveled more than four thousand kilometers from the manufacturer to Megion on their own, where the vehicles were modified and equipped. The march confirmed the serviceability of the transmission, suspension and control systems in real road conditions.

The chassis is designed for a load of up to 42 tons and combines high cross-country ability with the ability to travel on public roads. This is a decisive advantage for oilfield service operations: the equipment can quickly relocate between facilities without special permits.

At the request of the customer, the chassis is equipped with a two-seater all-metal cab with two sleeping places. The engineers provided a pre-heater for the engine and an autonomous heater for the cabin, which allows the equipment to be started even at extremely low temperatures.

The basic equipment also includes air conditioning, a multimedia system with USB ports, power windows, central locking and electric exterior mirrors. The driver and passenger seats are installed on air suspension, which should reduce fatigue during long-distance runs on rough terrain.
