The restore: network has announced the launch for paying for foreign services, subscriptions and games. It is claimed that users can top up their Apple ID, pay for streaming services, gaming platforms and professional tools with a Russian card or via SBP.
The service operates in a hybrid format: online on the website and offline — in 75 stores of the network in 23 cities of Russia, the company's press service reported.
According to the developers, the list includes more than 100 foreign platforms, including Netflix, Spotify, Steam, PlayStation, Zoom, Microsoft and Google. Payments are made through a secure infrastructure according to the PCI DSS standard.
The format of the service, including the payment mechanism and the participation of third-party intermediaries, is not disclosed in the message.
From April 1, 2026, Russian telecom operators MTS, Beeline, MegaFon and T2 stopped the ability to top up Apple ID from a mobile phone account. The restriction came into effect in the first minutes after midnight. When trying to make a payment, users received a system notification: "Payment by mobile phone is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
At the end of March, operators sent users recommendations to replenish their Apple ID balance in advance.
