The Togliatti Food Products Plant was equipped with grain drying equipment from Agropromtekhnika (part of the Rosspetsmash Association). The task was not easy: installations were needed that could effectively dry sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, and flax, as well as integrate into an automated control system.
At the first stage, four Standard S-80 grain dryers were delivered and installed at the TKPP elevator. Each produces 36.9 tons per hour when working with sunflower - this was enough to immediately bring the elevator to the calculated indicators. The equipment was integrated into a single technological line, commissioning was carried out, and personnel were trained.
At the second stage, two more of the same dryers were added. As a result, the total productivity of the elevator reached 240 tons per hour - this corresponds to the tasks of the enterprise, which is designed to process up to 3,000 tons of oilseeds per day after reaching full capacity.
