Yandex has launched a new search format - now you can choose specialists directly in the search results, without going to websites. A separate "Services" section has appeared in the search, where instead of links, the user is shown cards of masters.
The service collects data from various sources and forms complete profiles: description of services, rating, reviews, work examples and even information about document verification. Moreover, artificial intelligence analyzes reviews and highlights the key characteristics of the performer - from the quality of work to meeting deadlines.
Special attention was paid to price transparency. A "Fixes the price" badge has appeared in the search results - it is received by masters who, according to customer reviews, do not change the cost in the process of work.
To search for official services, a filter "Authorized services" has been added - it shows only those centers that have permission from manufacturers to repair equipment.
Yandex explains the launch simply: the services market remains fragmented, and users often focus only on reviews, without having a complete picture. The new approach should close this gap - collect everything in one place and simplify the choice.
Filters allow you to refine your request, search for masters on the map and go to websites to place an order. At the same time, the performers themselves receive an additional channel of customers without commissions: cards appear in the search results automatically and are ranked by relevance and ratings.
In fact, Yandex continues to turn search into a ready-made solution service - after finance, real estate and doctors, the turn has come to household services.
