The AI cashier imitates human communication with the client and can recommend a dish to choose from. The "smart" assistant speeds up service by 35%.
The system is a self-service kiosk with a digital display. The AI cashier can tell about the nutritional value of the dish and the presence of allergenic products in it.
Alexander Buravtsov, CEO of Inno clouds, said that the AI cashier has been developed since March 2025. The project is fully ready for implementation.
This format is more suitable for fast food outlets or food courts and coffee shops.
The AI cashier can increase the revenue of the establishment by 15-30%, he summarized.
