A rationalization proposal for machine repair has been implemented at the Sterlitamak site of the Stankostroyeniye holding company "Stan" (part of Rostec). The economic effect amounted to more than 10.7 million rubles.
Employees of NPO "Stankostroenie" proposed a new method for adjusting the PLIX electric drive on the CZ2170-04 machine. The specialists independently selected the equipment, changed the wiring diagram for connection and installation, and then performed the adjustment and debugging. As a result, the machine was put into operation without involving a third-party organization to modernize the electrical part. Repair costs were reduced by 10 million 718 thousand rubles.
In total, last year, the rationalization proposals of the company's employees saved almost 11.6 million rubles. The plant held a review of proposals, and the authors of the best ones were awarded diplomas by Managing Director Mikhail Isupov. NPO "Stankostroenie" noted that work on the development of rationalization activities will continue.
