Russia Has the World's Best Margin of Safety Against Drone Attacks

General Designer of TsKBR Dmitry Kuzyakin Paid Tribute to the Engineers of the Tula KBP

Currently, Russia has the highest margin of safety for repelling drone attacks. This was stated by the general designer of the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (TsKBR), Dmitry Kuzyakin.

He explained that it is necessary to give credit to the calculations of FPV interception and the Pantsir anti-aircraft systems, mobile operational groups, and engineers of the Tula KBP named after Shipunov.

Considering that their joint work is highly coordinated over a vast territory of our country, I want to say that they have a margin of safety to repel such and even stronger attacks.

The developer of the drone detector "Ten'" noted that developers have already begun to implement a multi-layered protection system for critical facilities from drones. There are apparently no analogues of such a system in global practice.

Against this background, information about the development of new interceptor drones, which are significantly cheaper than traditional anti-aircraft missiles, is increasingly appearing in Russia. For example, recently footage of the use of the Lis-2 anti-aircraft drone went viral on the Web.

KBP named after Shipunov, which Kuzyakin mentioned, produces the Pantsir series SAMs. The head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, noted that these complexes are purchased with great pleasure by foreign customers.
