The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia has published a list of more than 120 digital services that will continue to operate even with temporary restrictions on mobile Internet. The document, called the "white list", is aimed at ensuring unhindered access to socially and economically significant platforms. This list includes various services: from banks and marketplaces to government services and transport applications.
The list includes key domestic ecosystems: VKontakte, Yandex, Mail mail and the national messenger Mah. Users will be able to watch videos via VK Video and Rutube, chat on Odnoklassniki, and use Yandex services - from navigator to delivery. The largest online platforms - Ozon, Wildberries, Avito, Megamarket, Vkusvill, Detsky Mir and others - will also retain their functions. Even fast food chains, including Vkusno - i tochka and Burger King, are on the list to ensure the operation of food ordering applications.
Special attention is paid to the financial infrastructure: the Mir payment system, VTB, Alfa-Bank and PSB applications, as well as services of the Moscow Exchange and the Federal Tax Service will remain available. This will allow citizens to make payments, check taxes and manage accounts without interruption. Logistics and transport are also protected: Russian Post, SDEK, Delovye Linii, Samokat, Russian Railways websites, Tutu.ru, Aeroflot and Pobeda will continue to serve users.
Government portals, including Gosuslugi, the electronic voting website, the resources of the presidential administration, the State Duma and the Federation Council, are included in the priority access zone. The list also includes navigation services such as 2GIS, car sharing services Citydrive and Yandex Drive, the HeadHunter job search portal and the Gismeteo weather service.
