Rosatom's foreign revenue in 2025 amounted to $17.2 billion — 5.2% higher than the state corporation's plan, said Rosatom head Alexei Likhachev at the company's information day, writes the corporate publication "Strana Rosatom".
The portfolio of foreign orders grew to $206 billion. Revenue from new products — technological sovereignty projects — exceeded the plan by 26%. Total revenue in the open part exceeded 3 trillion rubles, with half of it formed by areas created in recent years: according to Likhachev, there are more than a hundred of them.
The figures were clarified during the year: in January, the materials for Likhachev's interview with the Russia 24 TV channel featured $16.5 billion in foreign revenue and a portfolio of $200 billion. The final figures were higher.
For comparison: in 2024, export revenue exceeded $18 billion, and the portfolio of foreign orders also exceeded $200 billion. That is, in terms of absolute revenue, 2025 was inferior to the previous year — the decrease was about $800 million. At the same time, the portfolio of orders grew, which indicates the continued demand for the state corporation's services in the long term.
By 2030, Rosatom should increase its total revenue to 5 trillion rubles — almost twice the result of 2025. The implementation of the plan for foreign revenue against the background of sanctions pressure and restrictions on the supply of Russian nuclear fuel to a number of countries indicates that the state corporation retains its position in the markets where Western competitors do not yet have a comparable offer in terms of price and timing.
