The 18th Arbitration Court of Appeal confirmed the legality of the recovery of 141 million rubles from the Chelyabinsk LLC "ChTZ-Uraltrak" in favor of the electricity supplier LLC "Uralenergosbyt". The company's complaint was dismissed.
The high-profile case was considered by the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region, which granted the claim and recovered from ChTZ-Uraltrak a debt of 126.1 million rubles and penalties for the period from August 19 to December 23, 2025 – 14.7 million rubles, as well as penalties from December 24 to the date of actual fulfillment of the obligation.
The decision of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region of December 29 in the appealed part is left unchanged, the appeal is dismissed.
Meanwhile, the debt burden of ChTZ-Uraltrak on claims of the company "Uralenergosbyt" exceeded 500 million rubles.
The plant fulfills the state defense order and produces engines for T-72B3M and T-90M "Proryv" tanks.
